InstantPreset is a free, browser-based photo editing tool that lets you apply film-style preset effects to your images. All image processing is performed locally in your browser using WebAssembly. No images are uploaded to or processed on our servers.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and images you load into InstantPreset. Since processing happens entirely in your browser:

• We never access, view, copy, or store your images on any server.
• We make no claim of ownership or license over your content.
• Your images exist only in your browser's memory during your session and are discarded when you close or navigate away.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service.

5. Account Features

Since all processing is local, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser crashes, device failures, or accidental navigation away from the application.

The InstantPreset application, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the application itself without prior written permission.
